Well, what can we say about this wreck – it’s just awesome in everyway! The Zenobia is a Swedish Ro-Ro ferry which sank on it’s maiden voyage. It listed on it’s side for a few days before being towed 1400m of the coast of Larnaca where it now rests. The ‘Zen’ attracts divers from all over the world and this is no surprise. You will not be disappointed by this wreck, just ask someone who has dived it! Sank in June 1980 having been towed 1400m off the coast of Larnaca

The top of the wreck is 16m below the surface, sea bed is at 42m – perfect for diving!

The ship is 172m (564 ft ) long and 28m (91 ft) wide

No salvage has been allowed – there are 104 articulated lorries still on board!

Now an artificial reef, this wreck supports masses of marine life.

With water temperatures in summer reaching 27C and visibility up to 50m, sea conditions are just perfect.
